I have always been fascinated with things that are unexplainable, magical, mystical and otherworldly.
Aren’t we all a little curious about the things that we don’t understand?
I know I am! And this led me to wonder about healing and how to do it differently from what I had seen in mainstream forums.
Since I was a child, I enjoyed looking at the world through the lens of “how can I help make this better?” as I loved to make people happy and change minds so they thought more positively.
It’s always been in me to want to do this, because I am an empathic sensitive individual who needs harmony in order to function.
It’s the Libran in me. We like balance, order and things benefiting all, rather than one side getting a lot while the other gets nothing.
That’s why I enjoy healing so much. It’s a way to reclaim what is rightfully yours energetically, so that you are able to interact with the world around you and reap the benefits, instead of shying into the background.
The Libran in me also loves symmetry because it puts my mind at ease when there is harmony in an image.
This is what led me to bringing through my own sacred geometry.
I had always loved how it felt when I saw patterns and shapes come together in a unique way. It’s like my brain was enjoying the organised structure in a way that I couldn’t understand consciously. I just knew that my body felt relaxed and like it had found something that made it peaceful.
Brains like mine enjoy sacred geometry.
We stare at it, we ponder what it means, we think universal thoughts enquiring with our higher selves, “Why does this feel so pleasant to me?”
What we hear back is along the lines of “Because it is perfect!”
Sacred geometry, in a nutshell, is the arrangement of shapes so that balance comes to the mind from it seeing something that reminds it of how to function correctly.
How does it do this?
Well, the mind knows that a triangle has 3 peaks to its form, and whether its lying down or standing upright, it shows that persons brain what 3 sides look like as well as how they come together at a point, and whether that overall form looks symmetrical or not.
I like the shapes that are exact.
The ones that you can flip in any direction and you still see what you saw originally, which is a perfect triangle, square, hexagon, octagon or line that fans out a particular way to create something that looks the same no matter which way it is turned.
I like harmony when it comes to what I’m looking at, because my brain processes things at a rapid rate. So, when that information is easy to digest, because it’s beautiful, loving, peaceful or enjoyable, my brain gets a kick out of it hormonally.
While when there is disorder, chaos, strain or my mind has to think too hard to get the answer, it shorts out and decides to not work anymore.
When I look at imagery with certain features to it, I love how it makes me feel. A peace washes over me where I can just relax and enjoy what I’m seeing without my brain thinking too hard.
Sacred geometry has magical properties to it that show the brain how to slow down its thinking, which ultimately soothes it from stress. This then has an effect on the body where it begins letting go of its old energy.
This is a form of healing – to rid yourself of what you have held onto energetically, so that new chi grows in the body.
I love healing!
I enjoy the process of surrendering old ways of being. I like it so much that I consciously choose to do this on an almost daily basis, because I know how good it feels to move something painful out of the way so that you feel differently to how you did before.
Healing involves choices being made, where you decide “I no longer need to know that,” “I choose not to think this way anymore,” or “I do not believe the same things that I once did.”
When you make these decisions, your body recognises that it needs to remove some old mass of memory in order for it to sync-up with the minds new beliefs, so that it does not prevent evolution in the cells.
Sometimes though, this brain/body communication can stop occurring, due to a shock making a person off balance, which causes either the mind or the physical form to hold onto what it was processing, as that bad thing was taking place.
When a belief gets held onto that says things about powerlessness, that individual can begin to express themselves inharmoniously, to a point where they become shy to the world around them.
This makes them retreat from being brave. It makes them cower with fear, and worst of all, they can become dominated over by other people.
Who wants to live that way?
Not me!
And yet, that’s a massive part of my story – disempowerment from stress building up to a point of shutdown that took me years to recover from.
I have had experiences that were scarring, and due to me not knowing about a lot of them consciously, my recovery was delayed until much later in my life.
Meaning that, from the age of 18, I lived with people who threatened me, belittled my intelligence, told me who I was in a derogatory way, and showed me through violence what I was worth.
This led to an annihilation of my character, to where I no longer saw myself as a good person. I only listened to deranged thoughts from a time of trauma.
This caused me to shut people out of my life. It made me agoraphobic and unable to socialise. I became reclusive, and all through my body were signatures I didn’t understand, because they belonged in another time of life.
Burnout came from overthinking, as did stress disorders, because all through my being were messages of trauma that were trying to tell me what had gone on in my past.
But my life was good now, full of joy and love and all of the things that I wanted. And yet, my body was freaking out like something terrible was going on.
It was so confusing. I broke down many times praying for an answer, asking God to fix my situation so that I could enjoy the life that I was living.
One day, my prayers were answered.
Something began happening that I couldn’t explain, because I had never done it before.
I felt an urge to draw shapes and lines on paper to form sacred geometry.
It was an unusual situation to begin with, as I was not used to being led by something higher, and giving over my will to this process of being shown what to do with my mind.
But when I saw that first geometry staring back at me, I was enthralled and couldn’t wait to do it again!
I was pregnant at the time, full of a love of self that made me abundant in my chi, so it was easy for me to connect with something higher, to learn of what could heal me.
Sacred geometry was its name, and I loved everything about it!
The way it spoke to me, telling me what to draw. The way it made me feel, all calm and balanced, full of optimism and hope.
I finally felt peace in my body, after a few years of chaos and confusion.
It felt right to sit there and listen to my intuition telling me to draw this way or that, use this shape, draw a line this long in that direction etc, because I knew it wasn’t coming from me.
Where was I getting it from, I didn’t know. I didn’t really care either. I just wanted it to continue!
Over time, I drew images for family and friends, telling them the meaning of what I had created for them.
This little glimmer of hope in my darkened mind was all that I needed to get me through all of the insecurity that I was feeling at becoming a mother for the first time.
Something had come through to speak to me, to show me a way forwards, so that I could let go of worry and be present as best as I could.
It happened again the next time I was pregnant as well, and that’s when the Sacred Symbols of the Stars were drawn.
I was now living in Queensland on the Sunshine Coast, where a mystical experience led to me seeing golden symbols flying out of my chest, as if made from the love in my heart.
Sacred geometry took on a new meaning, because prior to that point, I had only done individual images for people I felt inspired to create them for. But now, I had instructions coming to me that said “Create a card deck,” so that other people could heal as well as me.
It was different, unique and all of the things that I loved rolled up in one!
It was colourful and creative and it made my heart sing with empowerment as I had never done something like this before.
Each symbol told a story of how to heal yourself of pain and misfortune, and the more that I delved into them, the greater I became at showing myself who I really was as an abundant human.
They took me on a journey of self-love and transformation, and with that came the creation of many projects that my heart desired.
A wonderful world opened up for me to be a part of, and I enjoyed every minute of it!
Unfortunately, only 3 years after I first shared my sacred geometry creations with others, my brother passed away.
I was thrust into a world that looked very familiar to me, full of grief, shock, disassociation, fight flight remaining on permanently, distrust in my own mind and physical being, and me fighting with bodily symptoms that overwhelmed me and made me unstable.
What ensued was another retreat from my lifestyle and me hiding away from the world until I felt better again – only this time, I would learn what was really going on in my psychology.
This time no magic symbols came to make me feel better. No lifeline was thrown my way to assure me that my condition would improve. I just sat and waited until my brain worked normally again, instead of it running away into fantasy.
A long hard road to recovery taught me many important things that I didn’t know, such as how badly I had been scarred by the people I had dated since I was 18 years old.
A whole world opened up inside of my body that I had never looked at before, and when it did, instead of me receiving sacred geometry formations, I was shown how to heal myself – even if my mind didn’t want to!
At the beginning of the year 2020, right before the pandemic hit, I was told something that I found hard to believe, and with this inspirational message came a way to cope that looked different to what I had seen before.
It wasn’t pretty lines on paper or shapes that put my mind at ease. It was instead, a form of healing that makes the body respond with chi growing within it, even if the mind is set to “I will never get over this thing that happened to me!”
My mind had a lot of these signatures in it from times when I was in coercive situations where I could not defend myself from what was going on. So, when something came along that told me “I can make you feel better” and it proved itself to me over and over, I was hooked on the idea that I could indeed recover from what I had been through.
No magic symbols were going to convince me that I could be a better person – I wouldn’t allow those thoughts to form! Instead, I needed concrete facts that showed a difference in my behaviour, otherwise, I would refuse to believe it was true.
So, the universe showed up for me in a different way to before.
Instead of it reinstating my hope and belief in self with images that soothed my mind, it gave me a way to force old thoughts out of my body, by using chi that manifested in my hands.
At the beginning of the pandemic, I was taught hand positions that elicit a change in the biology to where it responds to love and feelings of movement, so that it lets go of a past that has it frozen in time.
I found a way to make my body let go, even though my mind couldn’t do this, because it was incapable of comprehending what it now knew my past to be.
I needed a way to move old energy out of me, while my mind was entranced in grief, so that I could eventually function normally again.
That is what came through to save me, when my mind doubled down on the idea that life as I knew it was over – a way forwards into steady thoughts and calm behaviour, with or without that trauma existing inside of me.
You see, I was remembering my past 24/7, in a way that I could not comprehend logically, because so much of it had happened behind a veil of illusion where my mind was baffled by stun.
So, when all of those old memories decided they wanted to talk to me, I was bamboozled relentlessly, because I didn’t have all of the pictures or conscious awareness that went with everything that I was being told.
That’s why I needed something non-visual, that involved me feeling better, so that I recognised within my being that life wasn’t what I perceived it to be – which was all chaos and drama.
I was in fact still and calm and peaceful, because my body was telling that to my mind.
I discovered a way to convince my brain of something different to what it knew that was deranged, by making the cells within me express signatures of absolute bliss.
This, in-turn, changed m minds thoughts from ones of alarm, back to a more neutral stance, where it gradually began believing that I was safe in this world that I lived in.
All of the old noise that was speaking to me relentlessly began to silence itself, and all that was left was the peaceful flow of energy that told my body that healing was taking place.
This new form of chi creation works hand in hand with my symbols, as a complete way of healing the psyche from the damage that is caused by trauma.
It takes both the body/mind and the mind/body forming a connection of truthful communication in order for a person to truly let go of their past, no matter how scarring it was for them to experience.
When you use both sacred geometries perfection, which keeps the mind engaged in positive thoughts, alongside a physical response elicited by the body, you can generate chi that says things about the person you are becoming next, due to you transforming from your past.
It takes new thoughts being formed in the mind of optimism, as well as the body feeling better energetically, and then an overall comfort is felt where you decide as a whole unit of conscious awareness, that things are indeed different to how they were when a moment of shock took over your body.
Only then will you be brave enough to let go of coercive manipulation so powerful, that you threw away your identity of self and adapted to a new thought program that said, “I am a slave to the will of others.”
That’s the kind of energy that I had to work through, bit by bit, so that I reclaimed my soul’s light, my fight to be strong, my will to be the person that I am, and each and every part of me that loves being someone who is psychic.
My sacred geometry started the journey for me, and then the hand positions of healing completed the job so that I ended up a new person who was no longer struggling to identify herself within her own physical body.
Instead, I grew into someone that I was becoming next – who is determined, willful, spirited and full of everything I need to be a person who helps others to heal themselves.
That’s the goal that I set for myself – to eventually be able to stand in front of an audience of people and say, “I have something to teach you about letting go of trauma!”
That’s what got me through all of the hard times and confusion, an unwavering dedication to wanting to heal myself, so that I could transform the lives of others.
