This week I spent time chatting with the lovely Kim Eibrink Jansen about all things mystical and magical. I was asked to be a part of her new series where she enquires about peoples connecting to the Spiritual Realm and all of the interesting things that they have experienced throughout their life.

I had two pages of notes but only spoke on maybe 5 of those topics in the end, as we went here there and everywhere during our conversation, even talking on the subjects of mental health, suicidal ideation, consciousness upgrades just to name a few.

This is the first time that I have been on camera in over 10 years, and I’m so relieved it was such a pleasant experience.

In this interview, I share some of the experiences that have shaped my spiritual journey and the work I do today. We talk about growing up in a psychic family, astral travel, meditation experiences, Reiki, channelled sacred geometry, healing, consciousness and the unusual ways spiritual information has shown up throughout my life.

I also speak openly about some of the much harder parts of my journey — losing myself, stepping away from my work for many years, rebuilding from the inside out, and learning to find hope and meaning even in very difficult times.

Along the way, I share stories of psychic experiences, messages through nature, remarkable healing moments, my Sacred Symbols of the Stars, and some beautiful experiences involving my husband, my children and loved ones in spirit.

Ultimately, it’s a conversation about healing, consciousness, trusting what we experience, finding the magic in life, and using what we learn through our own challenges to help others.
